You can order in our online store with or without registration. To make shopping more convenient for you in the future, we recommend that you create a customer account.

ORDERING PROCESS, EASY AND CONVENIENT ORDERING

You can change this selection at any time until you send your order by changing the number of products, deleting the selection by clicking on the “Remove” box or canceling the order process. By clicking on the “Checkout” button you will be taken to the next order step.2. TO CHECKOUTPlease log in with your e-mail address and password if you already have a customer account, otherwise please register as a new customer. Your data will be collected, processed and used in compliance with data protection regulations (data protection notice). It will not be used for any other purpose or passed on to third parties. If you are already registered, you can now select the shipping method. By clicking the “Continue” button, you will be taken to the next order step.3. CHECK INVOICEADDRESS/ SELECT PAYMENT METHODNowcheckyour invoice address and enter your desired payment method. By clicking the “Next” button, you will be taken to the next order step.4. CHECK SHIPPINGADDRESS Nowcheckyour shipping address and select the shipping method. Then click on “Continue” to the next order step.5. COMPLETING THE ORDER PROCESS / TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND PRIVACY POLICYYouwill receive an overview of your order: the selected products, the shipping and billing address and your contact details. Check that all details are correct and please read the General Terms and Conditions and the Cancellation Policy carefully. You can only proceed with the order if you agree to the terms and conditions and the privacy policy (check the box). By clicking on the “Send order” button, you are sending your order to us. You hereby submit a legally binding offer.

As soon as we have received confirmation of payment, the goods will be dispatched. If we receive your payment before 12:00, your order will be dispatched on the same day with a delivery time of 2-5 working days.

Since we work together with DHL as a shipper, this is possible, yes, please register with your desired post office for the Packstation. You will receive a number. Please enter the packing station and number as the delivery address.

We do not offer express shipping.

Are there any restrictions for purchasing on account?
Yes, if the invoice amount is over 1,500 euros, purchase on account is not offered.
Do I need a PayPal account?
No, when purchasing on account you transfer the amount to the PayPal bank account. A PayPal account is not required.
When is the payment due?
Usually 14 days after the order date. You will always receive the exact due date by email from PayPal.
Will I be subject to a credit check?
PayPal carries out a risk assessment. This may involve obtaining credit information from various credit agencies. Further information on PayPal.
Can I choose another payment method if PayPal rejects the purchase on account?
Yes, you can select one of the other payment methods in this case.
What are the costs for the payment method purchase on account?
You as the buyer will only incur dunning costs if you are in default of payment. Further information on PayPal.
Do the invoice address and delivery address have to be identical?
No, a different delivery address within Germany is possible.
Who is the contractual partner with me as the buyer?
The buyer and seller remain contractual partners. The seller’s claim against the buyer is assigned to PayPal.
What do I have to do as a buyer if I have mistakenly transferred the invoice amount to the seller’s account instead of my PayPal account?
If you have mistakenly transferred the invoice amount to our bank account, please contact us:

We then ask you to make another transfer to the PayPal bank account. You will find the account information in the e-mails from PayPal relating to the order. Please also contact PayPal customer service (Tel: 0800-7234730) so that any dunning procedure that may have been started can be stopped.
Who bears the costs if I have returned the goods after the withdrawal period?
In the event of an ineffective revocation, you as the buyer must bear the reminder costs. Please clarify with us in advance whether the late return will be recognized.

You can return or exchange all items (including reduced items) within Germany within 14 days of delivery. If you would like to exchange for a different size or color, please note this on the “return slip” provided. We will send you a new pair postage free.
