Returns: With blue heeler you take no risk!

If you are not satisfied with our products for any reason, our exchange guarantee allows you to return your shoes to us free of charge within 14 days.

What should I bear in mind when returning goods?

When returning goods, we recommend that you use our returns label (return label), which you can

  1. printed out in the package upon delivery or
  2. the subsequent creation of the label via the blue heeler returns portal.

You must also enclose the withdrawal form with the parcel.

Important note on trying on the shoes:

If you try out the shoes, please do so on a soft surface so that the sole is not damaged. Please do not remove any labels until you are sure that you want to keep the shoe. The full purchase price will only be refunded if the shoes are returned in new and undamaged condition. If possible, use the unglued original packaging.

Five steps to successful returns
Step 1: Packaging

We recommend that you send the shoes back to us in their original, unglued packaging, as this ensures that the shoes are stored properly during transportation. Alternatively, please use a standard shipping box with padding.

Step 2: Return label (return label)

If you have the printed return label from the package, please use this.

Step 3: Fill out the withdrawal form

Completing the withdrawal form speeds up the processing of the return.

Please fill out the withdrawal form enclosed in the package to provide further information about the exchange (defects or exchange requests, etc.).

Alternatively, the withdrawal form for registered customers can be generated and printed out again on our website under “My account” / Orders after selecting the relevant order with the “Download withdrawal form ” button.

Step 4: Sending

If you hand in your return at a post office, you do not have to pay any postage costs, but simply hand in the parcel, provided you have used our return label.

In the case of “freight collect” or self-paid parcels – which are not provided with our return label – you also bear the additional costs incurred.

Step 5: Processing the return

As soon as we have received and checked your return, we will process your exchange request as quickly as possible. Depending on availability, we will send you the new shoes. If the desired model is not currently available in your size, we will contact you immediately. In the event of a refund, the time of repayment may vary depending on the payment option. For credit card refunds, you will usually find the booking on the following month’s credit card statement. We have no influence on the billing date of your statement.

Please note: Steps 1-4 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
