What should I bear in mind when returning goods?<\/h4>

When returning goods, we recommend that you use our returns label<\/strong> (return label), which you can<\/p>

    If you hand in your return at a post office, you do not have to pay any postage costs, but simply hand in the parcel, provided you have used our return label.<\/p>

    As soon as we have received and checked your return, we will process your exchange request as quickly as possible. Depending on availability, we will send you the new shoes. If the desired model is not currently available in your size, we will contact you immediately. In the event of a refund, the time of repayment may vary depending on the payment option. For credit card refunds, you will usually find the booking on the following month\u2019s credit card statement. We have no influence on the billing date of your statement. <\/p>
