REVOCATION/CANCELLATION

The customer (according to §13 BGB) has the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days of receipt of the goods. If multiple orders have been placed within a single order, and are delivered on separate dates, then the refundable period commences on the date of receipt of the last of the goods that are delivered in that original order.

If the customer wishes to cancel their order, notification must be given to us (Blue Heeler Europe, Customer Service, Eickedorfer Str. 1A, 28879 Grasberg, Email: service@blue-heeler.de) by means of a clear statement (eg:  a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail), regarding your decision to withdraw from this contract.

Alternately, you can use the attached cancellation form located at the bottom of this page.

Notification to cancel your order of the goods must be received by us within the 14 day period stipulated.

FOLLOWING THE REVOCATION/CANCELLATION

Upon cancellation of your order/contract, a full refund will be issued using the original details of payment (unless otherwise advised by you) Any additional costs associated with premium delivery services are not included. When Blue Heeler Europe is in receipt of returned goods, or we have a receipt of proof of return, whichever is sooner, a refund will be issued.

We maintain the right to refuse repayment until the above terms and conditions are met.

There will be no refund or reimbursement on customised/special orders.
