We answer your questions
to make your purchase as easy as possible, we have compiled some frequently asked questions for you. You will see information on the process, delivery and payment as well as information on return of order.
You can order online with or without being registered although we recommend that you create a customer account for ease of purchasing in the future.
Processing orders is easy and convenient.
1. Shopping cart
Select the products you wish to order by clicking on the "Add To Cart" button. This puts your selection in your shopping cart. Items can be removed from your cart at any time before you submit the order by clicking the "Remove" box, deleting the order, or by cancelling the order process.
Clicking on the "Cashier" button takes you to the next step of ordering.
2. To check out
Login with your email address and your password for your customer account at blue-heeler (otherwise register as a New Customer). Your data will be collected, processed and used in compliance with the data protection regulations (Privacy Notice). We will not use or disclose your data to third parties.
If you are already logged on, you can select the shipping method. Clicking "Next" takes you to the next step
3. billing address/Select payment method
Check billing address and payment method are correct, then click "Next" button "Next" takes you to the next order step.
4. Shipping address
Fill out the shipping address and select the type of shipping you require than click on "Next".
5. Complete order process, read Terms and Conditions, Data Protection and Cancellation policy.
- Check your order and all information is correct.
You can then click "Send Order" and the order will be processed.
(This is then a legally binding order.)
As soon as your payment has been confirmed, the goods will be sent. For Payments received and confirmed before 12.00, shipping is on that same day.
Average delivery time is 2-5 days. Overseas delivery time can vary - depending on the shipping method and country.
Since we work with DHL as a shipper, this is possible, yes.
To do this, log in to your desired post office for the Packstation. You will receive a number. Now please specify the Packstation and number as the delivery address.
We do not offer express shipping.

Goods purchased may be exchanged or returned within fourteen days of delivery (within Germany only). Goods must not have been used or worn or damaged in any way, and must have the original undamaged labels still attached. A return form will need to be filled out.
If you would like to change to a different size or color, please note this on the supplied "return slip".
We can send your new order/exchange order, providing you do not damage the box by:
- Do not glue the original packaging
- Make sure it is securely packed in a suitable outer carton for return by post.
If the original carton is damaged we will charge €5,00 to cover our costs.
Which service provider should I choose for my return?
You may select any shipping/delivery service provider you wish - but it is recommended that you return goods to us with insurance cover and also a tracking number.
As soon as the articles have arrived with us, we process your return and your refund is given within 14 days.
